I gave 4 stars because the shading and such are really good *u*
I like how you empathized ( is that spelled right? ;u; ) the darker parts and made the colour stand out! The fact that the background is transparent is even better! The lineart can be better, but I will explain in technique ;u;

Not much because this isn't your character xD But more because the shading style is yours! o u o

Technique
I think that the colouring is awesome <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/n/n…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title="Nod"/>
But lineart could be more varied, the face chubbiness not same as the eye's bottom part (wth) As well as chibi anatomy? ;u; I know, I know...
